We work with clients from all different life stages to meet their individualised needs. Each of our team have special interest areas and further post-graduate training which may be best suited to support you in your journey.
Michelle Theodosi
Michelle is an experienced Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with a rare dual qualification in Dietetics and Psychology. Passionate about fostering sustainable lifestyle changes, Michelle is dedicated to supporting individuals in transforming their relationships with food and their bodies. She takes the time to understand her clients’ unique journeys and priorities, working collaboratively to develop personalised plans that align with their goals. Known for her compassionate nature, Michelle creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported and empowered.
Michelle’s distinctive blend of expertise enables her to guide clients toward a healthier mindset and a more fulfilling life. Her special interests include Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating and Nutritional Psychiatry, where she helps clients achieve long-term wellness by focusing on both mind and body health.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys exploring new restaurants and cafés, playing the piano and going for long walks with her French Bulldog.

ABBEY HAMILTON
Abbey is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about supporting her clients to improve their health in a way that feels realistic, sustainable and aligned with their lifestyle. She works from a non-diet approach, focusing on building a positive relationship with food and empowering lasting behaviour change.
Abbey has experience supporting a range of health concerns, with particular interests in women’s health, metabolic health, and gut health. She works with conditions such as PCOS, insulin resistance, cardiovascular risk, and gastrointestinal concerns including IBS, alongside chronic disease management.
With a strong focus on understanding the ‘why’ behind eating behaviours, Abbey provides personalised, evidence-based care using practical strategies that help clients feel confident beyond the consult room.
Outside of work, Abbey enjoys staying active, spending time by the coast, and embracing a balanced approach to food and life.

Jess values building lasting relationships with her clients and uses evidence-based nutrition to support them in reaching their unique goals.
In her free time, Jess enjoys baking, making pasta from scratch, taking coastal walks and diving into a good book.
