As Accredited Practising Dietitians, we help you feel your best through good food and sustainable health behaviour and lifestyle changes. We work with clients from all different life stages to meet their individualised needs. Each of our team have special interest areas and further post-graduate training which may be best suited to support you in your journey.

Michelle Theodosi

Michelle is an experienced Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician who is passionate about supporting individuals toward sustainable lifestyle change. Michelle is one of a handful of dietitians in Australia with qualifications in both Dietetics and Psychology. She takes the time to listen to where her clients are, what is important to them and works collaboratively to develop an individualised plan. Michelle is compassionate in nature and takes pride in providing a safe and supportive space.

Michelle uses her unique combination of qualifications and training to support clients with poor relationship towards food and body, improve their mindset and move towards a happier, healthier and full life. Her special interest areas include Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating and Nutritional Psychiatry.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys trying out new restaurants and cafes, playing piano and long walks with her French Bulldog.

Dimi Harpas

Dimi is a qualified Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about helping her clients on their journey to better health through collaboration, support and compassion.

Dimi enjoys empowering her clients to establish a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Dimi uses a holistic approach to ensure her clients get the most out of their sessions by assisting them to make steady and sustainable changes that will benefit them for the long term.

With a passion for a Mediterranean-style dietary pattern and lifestyle, taking a non-diet approach, and the principles of intuitive eating, Dimi holds a unique skillset positioning her as a key support for individuals working towards improving their relationship with food and body and on their journey towards sustainable health behaviour change,

In her spare time, Dimi enjoys going on adventures with her husband and two (very) active toddlers, cooking, trying out new cafes and doing pilates & yoga.

SARAH LOMBARDI

Sarah is a qualified Accredited Practising Dietitian and Exercise and Sport Scientist who understands that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to improving nutrition and health. She takes the time to learn about how her clients’ eating and drinking patterns are influenced by their culture, mood, attitudes and social settings, so that she can personalise her interventions to their needs, preferences and perspectives. Sarah is dedicated to helping her clients navigate the confusing and misleading health messages presented in the media, and uses the most up to date, evidence-based research to separate fact from fiction. 

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys teaching dancing, exploring new cafes with friends and - in true Dietitian style - experimenting with cooking (and eating!) dishes from new cuisines.

ERIKA HUNG

Erika is a qualified Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about empowering others to make their health goals a reality. She understands making lifestyle change is not always simple so she is dedicated to working with her clients to understand their individual lifestyles and provide practical advice personalised and tailored to each unique person. By setting small achievable health behaviour changes that are realistic for her clients, Erika ensures they can sustain their healthy habits lifelong.

In her spare time, Erika enjoys getting outdoors, taking long walks and finding new cafes to enjoy food with her family and friends.

Jess is a qualified Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about helping individuals live happier, healthier lives through utilising the power of food. She often encourages her clients to adopt a ‘non-diet approach and instead focus on working towards a healthier, sustainable lifestyle that can be maintained long term. She loves building long-lasting relationships with individuals and utilising evidence-based nutrition to help her clients achieve their unique goals.

In her spare time, Jess enjoys baking and pasta-making, coastal walks and reading a good book.
